Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a ten-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle provided by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).
